Born in 1959 and getting older by the hour, I write Horror and Science Fiction. Some of my favourite authors are (in no particular order) Richard Laymon, Steve Gerlach, Arthur C Clarke, Frank Herbert, H Rider Haggard, Sax Rohmer, Douglas Clegg, Guy N Smith, H G Wells, Bram Stoker, Dennis Wheatley, Connie Willis, Edgar Rice Burroughs, Graham Masterton… with more being added all the time. I’m still writing and refuse to stop however much people ask me to.

As of February 2018, I have had 10 novels, 2 short story collections and various shorter works released into the wild. I have also collaborated on a novella and a novelette with my brother, Colin P Davies, and a short story collection with my father, W A E Davies. Under the guise of C&N Publications, I have also published a novel by my father (The Ring Of Treachery) and a non-fiction book by my wife (Cathy’s Weightloss Diary Vol. 1).

My stories have appeared in anthologies published by Third Flatiron Publishing, Omnium Gatherum and Mystery and Horror LLC among others.

I have also had short stories published in various print and online magazines including FMAM, Forgotten Worlds, Trail Of Indiscretion, Mysterical-E, Nocturnal Ooze, Dark Fire and Estronomicon. The fact that a couple of these are no longer in business is, I am fairly certain, nothing to do with them having published my work.

  1. Hmm it appears like your blog ate my first comment (it was super long) so I guess I’ll just
sum it up what I submitted and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying
your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new to everything.
Do you have any tips for inexperienced blog writers?
    I’d certainly appreciate it.
